Mr. S.K. Mendiratta is an Associate Lawyer in the Firm. He is an eminent lawyer with more than 40 years of experience. Mr. Mendiratta was also a former legal advisor of Election Commission of India. Mr. Mendiratta was also engaged by the Govt. of India in the Ministry of Law and Justice as Secretary to the Committee on State Funding of Elections, which functioned from June, 1998 to December, 1998.

He was also engaged as Advisor to the Delimitation Commission of India, set up by the Government of India for the re-delimitation of all Parliamentary and Assembly constituencies in India on the basis of 2001 census.
